Press Release: PLN Australia's Elizabeth Moran shortlisted for Lawyers Weekly 30 under 30

PLN Australia is pleased to announce Elizabeth Moran has been shortlisted as a finalist to win an

award in the banking and finance category at the 2018 30 Under 30 Awards, hosted by Lawyers Weekly in partnership with Taylor Root.

Now in its sixth year, the 30 Under 30 Awards program recognises young lawyers striving for professional excellence within their specific practice area.

“The Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30 Awards has earned a reputation for being a leading fixture on the annual legal calendar and a respected process for identifying emerging talent in the profession,” said Aleks Vickovich, managing editor of Lawyers Weekly.

“We look forward to welcoming our finalists and supporters to the awards ceremony in Sydney in May to shine a light on the profession’s future leaders.”

Elizabeth is a solicitor at PLN Australia and has worked exclusively in corporate and commercial law, with a particular interest in banking and finance since her admission to the Supreme Court of NSW in 2015. Elizabeth has experience advising some of the leading financial institutions in the Pacific region.

Elizabeth said she was humbled by the nomination: “I am thrilled to be a finalist in this year’s 30 Under 30 Awards. It is an honour to be recognised for my achievements in banking and finance over the past 12 months, and to be considered alongside such talented young lawyers.”

The winners will be announced at a cocktail awards evening on Friday, 18 May at the Hyatt Regency, Sydney.
