Noelyn completed her education at the University of the South Pacific, Emalus Campus in Vanuatu, from 2017 to 2020. During this time, she obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree, equipping her with a solid foundation in legal knowledge. In 2021, Noelyn furthered her education by obtaining a Professional Diploma in Legal Practice from the same university, enhancing her practical skills in the field.

Noelyn's dedication to her legal career led her to undertake an internship at Primo Afeau Legal Services from 2022 to 2023. During this internship, she gained valuable hands-on experience by assisting with various legal tasks and working closely with the team in Solomon Islands. Her performance led to her being employed as a Junior Lawyer at Primo Afeau Legal Services. 

Noelyn is particularly interested in commercial law and being involved in commercial transactions and banking and finance transactions.

Outside of her professional life, Noelyn enjoys staying active and socializing. She has a passion for playing netball and can often be found on the court, honing her skills and enjoying the sport. Additionally, Noelyn frequently enjoys eating out with friends.
